I see this very catchy commercial when I watch DVR copies of the PBS shows "It's a Big Big World" and "Jackers!" with my son. To me, three things in this Sony commercial lead me to believe it is taking place during a children's play of the Noah's Ark story. First, there are a mix of various animals on stage. Second, the phrase "I know that you are with me" is common in hymns and prayers. And third, the words "through the storm" very likely refers to the 40 days and nights of rain.

Well, if it makes you feel any better I don't come...

I don't even remember the song. My only reaction to the commercial was, wow, those parents have been totally suckered by their small, egotistical child into buying some device that probably doesn't work most of the time, and will be promptly forgotten by the next major holiday.
