There are so many [snide] things I could say right now, but I think I'm going to hold my tongue for once. However, I am now determined to make a visit to Allendale the next time that I am in New Jersey. I'll write a full review and see just how serious their sushi really is (and how hot their waiters are...).

As your (self-appointed) blog counsel on this matter, I recommend that you negotiate a free dinner from Flirt.
...and by "negotiate", I mean "the only way I'm coming to your establishment is if you pay for my food and the current reimbursement rate for travel per mile"
If they really want you bad enough, they will make concessions.
